Welcome to Love Green Clean! By booking a service with us, you ("customer," "client," or "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

Love Green Clean provides eco-friendly cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Residential and office cleaning
   
• Deep cleans
   
• Bathroom & kitchen cleaning
   
• Move-out cleaning
   
• Small tasks (dishes, organizing, etc.)
   

Services are performed by independent contractors, not employees of Love Green Clean.

• Bookings can be made through www.lovegreenclean.com or our app.
   
• A minimum service fee of $50 applies.
   
• Prices listed are starting rates; final totals may vary based on job size and condition.
   
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or another third-party processor.
   

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
   
• You may reschedule a service subject to availability.
   

• Provide accurate booking details, including access to the property.
   
• Secure valuables and notify cleaners of any special instructions.
   
• Ensure a safe environment for cleaners to work.
   

• Cleaners must follow Love Green Clean’s quality and safety standards.
   
• Contractors undergo background checks and verification.
   

• Love Green Clean is not liable for damages caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
   
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of surfaces, furniture, or appliances.
   
• Liability for damages, if proven, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
   

We strive to match customers with cleaners promptly, but we do not guarantee same-day availability in all areas.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• Unsafe conditions are present.
   
• Repeated cancellations or misuse of services occur.
   
• Violation of these Terms is found.
   

All website/app content, logos, and branding belong to Love Green Clean and may not be copied or used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
